Growing up Greek and Italian our family goes to the Greek Festival every year. It’s great to see my grandchildren getting to enjoy the tradition.
Greek food will be served all day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The festival also has music, dancing, and a large children’s play area.
October 12, 13 & 14
Friday & Saturday: 11 am – 10 pm
Sunday: 11 am – 4 pm
Admission and parking are free all weekend.
Sample the Santorini lamb chop, a gyro sandwich, some saganaki (flaming cheese), and spinach pie. Thirsty? Try our famous Ouzo slushy or a glass of Retsina or Mavrodaphne wine. Complete the meal with some authentic Greek coffee and a baklava sundae. Attend our cooking demos showcasing many of the recipes used at the festival.
Bringing the kids? Check out our Children’s Center with games, face painting and crafts as well as a photo booth.
Finally, don’t miss the pride of our festival – our Greek dance troupe which will perform throughout each day. They will be happy to teach you to dance too!
A note from Fr. Vasile Tudora:
It is again my great pleasure to welcome you at our 26th Edition of the Mid-Cities Greek Fest!
Our festival could not be possible without all the people that kept it up all these years and diligently worked long volunteer hours to make it happen. A great thank you to all the organizers, fundraisers, cooks, servers, dancers, singers, attendants, vendors and many, many others that proudly shared their heritage with you.
But none of these would have been viable without you, our guests that year after year have supported our efforts and have come to enjoy what we have to offer: our Church, our history, our music and dances, our food and our generally positive attitude towards life that we call “Kefi.”
So this year once again we are happy to be together with you to put our kefi on and forget for a few days of the drag of life and fly together on the sunny shores of the Mediterranean!
