Euless Man Arrested in Burleson For Child Porn

 Euless man was arrested on Saturday on a charge of possession of child pornography.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children along with the Dallas Police Department had tipped off the Burleson Police Department where the child porn was discovered. A $2,500 bond was set for Cole Bradley Maskell by a Burleson municipal judge. Another judge called for an emergency protective order and introduced special conditions due to the sexual offenses of the charge.

The initial tips given to Burleson police were that multiple images of child pornography we uploaded to a computer that were traced back to a home in Burleson. Police confirmed the tip when they found and seized computers with images of boys engaging in sexual activities with adult males.

Police questioned Maskell’s grandparents who owned the home. They said Maskell had recently “come out as homosexual” and may have watched the child pornography. Maskell admitting to uploading the pornography to his grandparent’s computer. According to reports, he referenced episodes of “Law & Order: Special Victim’s Unit” and told police it “was a fetish to him to imagine a man on him and would fantasize about being the boy.”

Cole Bradley Maskell is 19 and lives in Euless.
